Apart from the larger sail, the Frensi+ needs a longer upper boom.
The lower boom is exactly the same as the Frensi, as are the Frensi fittings like the gooseneck and kicker (vang).
The Frensi+ uses the long halyard mount and the Laser standard/ILCA 7 lower mast.
